The Carson City Shorts Program is an annual series of film competitions celebrating local filmmakers in Northern Nevada. The program challenges filmmakers to create short films in various genres, from romance to sci-fi to horror, all while incorporating unique prompts. Our goal is to provide a platform for Nevada storytellers to showcase their creativity, engage with the community, and grow their craft. The program culminates in exciting screenings and awards, fostering a vibrant film culture in Carson City.
